At Ultimate Professional Services we pride ourselves on ensuring our practitioners provide a personalized and well-rounded approach to treatment and healing. We evaluate each client’s needs and work together to find the method that will benefit the client the most. We will provide the necessary tools needed to begin establishing a healthier, happier life.
Ultimate Professional Services is a Practitioner owned telepsychiatry practice that offers mental and behavioral Health services to children and adults. We are an online virtual office that provides services via telehealth visits. Telemedicine allows the client the access to behavioral healthcare from the comfort of home or individual space.
We treat a complex array of mental health issues and disorders. Specialties include but are not limited to psychiatric evaluations & medication management for mental and behavioral disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar I & II, and other mood disorders.
We understand that life often presents, unexpected events and changes that can cause anyone to experience physical & mental pain and cause one to obtain mental and behavioral conditions. In life many people struggle with not knowing if they are good nurturers, providers, disciplinarians, parents, kids or just having experiences of a midlife crisis.
Our goal as a practitioner is to collaborate with each client to build a healthy, and positive outcome. We use methods to help you with coping skills & combating symptoms through a therapeutic approach & medication management based on an individual and personalized approach. Everyone is different so there is no size fit all approach.

Psychiatric Evaluation

All new patients will undergo a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and if medication is needed we will discuss and any past treatments will be reviewed. The evaluation and assessment of your mental health is required to obtain your characteristics to properly diagnose the symptoms and signs of mental and behavioral disorders present.

Major Depressive Disorder
​
Depression can be scary and dangerous and can often times ruin our everyday lives, relationships, and careers.
Depression is a mood disorder caused by the psychological state of an individual that causes a persistent feeling of sadness exhaustion, apathy, low energy, and a loss of interest. Also called a major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. With depression, you may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, such as getting out of bed, maintaining your daily hygiene, cleaning, cooking, and even going to school or work, and sometimes cause one to feel as if life is not worth living.
Depression often occurs alongside other mood symptoms like anxiety and can lead to addiction and risk-taking behaviors.
Depression can be caused by life changing events such as a major loss, or death. depression can be disabling to some, and it is one of the most common psychological challenges facing people worldwide.
Depression is common, and most people will experience some form of depression throughout their life. If you or someone you know is dealing with depression and it is causing disruption in your daily life or causing suicidal thoughts it may require clinical help.​

Medication Management
​
Medication is often a critical component of mental and behavioral health care. Sometimes the changes in the brains chemistry can cause these disorders and medication often helps to regulate the rains activity and relieve symptoms. Through analysis we will determine the right medication needed for your mental health. We look to minimize high risk medications by offering effective and safer alternatives and use an evidenced-based approach to prescribing.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is sometimes needed and we have found that often times the combination of medication and psychotherapy work better together. We have been trained in various therapeutic styles and we tailor our approach to the goals and needs of each individual. We collaborate with other professionals and will recommend and refer out based on need.

ADHD
​
Many children and adults suffer from ADHD across the world. It is an inability to focus in school and in your daily activities which can have a negative impact on your mental health and growth. It causes severe anxiety and impulsive behaviors. We are here to help you through this difficult disorder and to help you manage this disorder.

Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD)

If you are dealing with past events or traumatic situations that have occurred in your life then you may have (PTSD) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and we are here to help you through.
Medications & Refills
Electronic prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy within your state of residence. All Psychiatric Medications and Prescriptions are not mailed. You will receive enough medication refills until the next scheduled follow-up appointment, therefore, sending a message about refills is generally not necessary. However, occasionally refills do not always get sent to pharmacies as planned. In this case, please place your refill request through the patient portal. If you miss an appointment that was meant to discuss your progress and refills, a 7 day refill will be sent, allowing you time to schedule an appointment. Changes are not made to your medication(s) without an appointment.

If your provider is not "in network" with your insurance carrier, you will be responsible to pay out of pocket. However, at the conclusion of the visit, you will be sent a visit summary that includes billed charges. You can send this "superbill" to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The amount will be determined by your insurance carrier, and they can walk you through their required steps.

All fees, including copays, are paid in advance, through our website. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) are accepted. (Please note that the card must have a Visa or Mastercard logo.) We do not accept mailed payments. If payment has not been made at least 24 hours before your appointment, it’s equivalent to a nonconfirmed appointment, and your appointment will be canceled.

Policies and Payment
Appointments
All appointments are conducted utilizing a secure video platform (requiring access to a webcam. Currently serving clients residing in the following states, OR and WA

When it's time to "attend" your appointment, simply "check-in" using the link on the top right corner of this page. You will then be taken to the HIPAA-compliant site for our video appointment. (It's encouraged that you check in early to give yourself plenty of time to test your video and audio connection, and to avoid needing to reschedule.)

Cancellations
Appointment reminders are sent via email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and can be done several ways (self-cancel via the patient portal, send a message requesting cancellation through the patient portal, or voice mail message to cancel). Because payment is expected in advance, if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be refunded fees paid.
Examples:
· If your appointment is Wednesday at 10 am, you must cancel before 10 am Tuesday.
· If your appointment is Monday at 2 pm, you must cancel before 2 pm Sunday.
We understand things happen and you may miss your appointment for reasons that are out of your control, so we'll issue a refund. If there are 3 cancellations within 24 hours, you will be discharged from the practice.

Late Policy
If you are more than 10 to 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. With an online platform that takes away the stress of weather conditions, traffic and trying to find parking, it is very convenient for you to "attend" your appointments on time.

Administrative Policy
We do not get involved with legal testimony, and ask that you employ independent forensic psychiatric or psychological services should this type of evaluation or testimony be required.

Client and Provider Rights
Client Rights: You have the right to receive considerate, safe, and respectful care, without discrimination as to race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or national origin. You also have the right to ask questions about any aspects of your treatment. While we do hope you will speak with us if you are unhappy with our services, if you prefer to see another mental health provider, you are free to end treatment at any time.
Provider Rights: We have the right to terminate our relationship when we believe that our services are no longer beneficial to you and when we feel that another professional would serve you better. We also have the right to terminate our relationship when you do not cooperate with the proposed treatment, and if you or your family member/significant other are hostile or aggressive.
